Help us find the problem

Include your device model, app version and what happened. If the app shows a support or request ID, include it. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, payment card details or private audio.

Account and data

In the app, open Me → Settings to manage privacy preferences or delete your account. If you cannot access the app, contact support from the email associated with your account. Apple’s Hide My Email may use a relay address.

Subscriptions

Manage or cancel subscriptions in the store where you purchased them. Account deletion does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.
